Staying at Hostal Hielo Sur with my family was a lovely experience. The hotel's prime location allowed us to explore various places just by walking, making our excursions effortless and enjoyable. We appreciated the spacious and clean room, perfect for accommodating our family, including our youngest child under five years old. The staff's professionalism and efficiency added to our comfort and ease during our stay. While basic Spanish knowledge was helpful for communication, the staff's friendliness made us feel at home.One of the highlights was the festive Christmas decorations that added a charming touch to our visit. It was heartwarming to see the effort put into making the hostel cozy and inviting for all guests, especially families like ours. The complimentary luggage storage and assistance with organizing airport transfers showcased the hotel's dedication to providing a hassle-free experience.
